This Privacy Policy describes how Pujo AI, Inc. ("Pujo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website pujo.ai, our SMS-based conversational service, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you interact with Pujo, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information: your mobile phone number and, if provided, your name and email address.
• Conversation content: the text messages, images, videos, and other media you send to Pujo.
• Project information: descriptions, preferences, and details about the websites, products, or businesses you ask Pujo to help you build.
• Account information: if you create an account on pujo.ai, we collect your login credentials and associated profile information.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect:

• Usage data: information about how you interact with the Services, including timestamps, features used, and content generated.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and similar technologies on pujo.ai to operate the Services and improve your experience.

Bot protection on sign-in

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people apart from automated bots when you sign in to Pujo. Turnstile runs invisibly. You will not see a puzzle or a checkbox, and there is nothing for you to do. To make that check, Cloudflare receives a small amount of technical information from your browser: your IP address, your browser's user agent, a fingerprint of your secure connection, and the site key for the page you are on along with its address. Cloudflare cannot identify you from this information and does not use it to build a profile, and Pujo never uses it for advertising. Cloudflare handles this information on our behalf to protect our sign-in from abuse, and separately uses it to improve how Turnstile detects bots. 2. SMS Communications

Pujo's primary interface is SMS (text messaging). The following terms apply to SMS communications:

• Opt-in: You opt in to receive SMS messages from Pujo by texting our published phone number, typically after clicking a "Text Pujo" link on pujo.ai. By sending the first message to our number, you consent to receive SMS replies from Pujo.
• Message content: Messages from Pujo include responses to your inquiries, clarifying questions, links to previews of websites Pujo builds for you, and related product communications.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation and usage. You may receive multiple messages during an active conversation and fewer when inactive.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pujo. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.
• Help: You can reply HELP at any time to receive information about Pujo and how to contact support.
• Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Pujo is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers: Pujo's SMS service is available on most major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting the delivery of the SMS service itself (such as our messaging infrastructure providers) is permitted. All other categories of data sharing exclude mobile opt-in data and consent.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Respond to your messages and generate the websites, designs, or content you request
• Communicate with you about the Services, including sending SMS replies and service updates
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Develop new features and improve Pujo's AI systems, including training specialized AI models. Training data may include conversation content, generated outputs, and metadata. We anonymize personal identifiers before using data for model training. You may opt out of training-data inclusion by contacting privacy@pujo.ai.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, messaging infrastructure, AI model providers, and analytics), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Bot protection: with Cloudflare, which receives limited technical information from your browser when you sign in so Turnstile can tell real people apart from automated bots, as described under "Bot protection on sign-in" above.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pujo, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. When you opt out of SMS communications or request account deletion, we retain minimal records as required to honor your opt-out and comply with applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Port your data to another service

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@pujo.ai and we will promptly delete it.

9. International Users

Pujo is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means.
